Story from the Owner, Luke Bone

My great-grandfather Irvin Bone started the story of my family’s journey into the “personnel” business over 50 years ago, he called his business “The Placement Bureau” helping many veterans and good-hearted individuals find employment at a reasonable rate. Fast forward through my grandfather, father, and other family members to now, Bone Personnel, Inc. has been rebooted and owned solely by Luke Bone; the fourth generation of a lineage of “personnel” professionals.


Bone Personnel’s Mission now is to come along side companies to serve them in their recruiting efforts and employee training needs. We strive to find companies talent for specific roles that are needed as well as provide education & consulting services for their staff.

Luke Bone, MBA


Luke has a passion for the Personnel industry, you could say he was born to be a “Headhunter” having two Grandfathers with 30 years of experience in the business as well as his Father with 30 years of experience in the industry. Luke grew up with dinner table stories of the “Personnel” business.  Luke wishes to build strong relationships & both uphold strong business ethics but also to keep innovating & seeking new ways to find & develop talent

Bill Hughes


Bill is Luke Bone’s grandfather with over 40 years of experience in the personnel business on a national basis. Bill has recruited for top companies such as Delco/Delphi electronics, Cummins Diesel, Duke Power, & many others. Bill specializes in business development & personnel training services for a variety of industries.
